With a strong focus on historic preservation, our chapter regularly supports restoration and conservation efforts through volunteer work and monetary donations. Through a dedicated fundraising campaign and a $5000 grant from the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, we were able to raise over $23,000 for the conservation of the Charleston Museum’s 18th Century Sack Back Gown. In the Summer of 2025, a marker sponsored by the chapter will be placed on the site of the home of Charles and Eliza Lucas Pinckney.
